Feliciano Garciarramos
CEO
Feliciano Garciarramos was founder and CEO of FIBRA HD, a real estate investment trust established in June 2015. FIBRA HD consolidated a diversified portfolio, distributed in the commercial, industrial, office and educational sectors, with presence throughout most of the country.
He previously served for 10 years as Director of Capital Markets at Colliers International, as Deputy Director at Protego Asesores and as an analyst at Banco de México and Banco de Obras y Servicios Públicos (BANOBRAS). He has more than 25 years of experience in the financial and real estate sectors, having participated as an advisor or investor in several real estate transactions.
He was also a member of the Mexican Association of Real Estate FIBRAs (AMEFIBRA) and participates in various committees of private companies and foundations. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Autonomous Technological Institute of Mexico and a Master’s degree in Public Administration and Finance from Columbia University in New York.
Paulina Pérez
COO
Paulina founded VETA DYNAMIC DEVELOPERS in 2015, a real estate development company based in Querétaro, which has grown to manage projects throughout Mexico for national and international clients. She has consulted on advisory boards for other Mexican developers and currently sits on the credit committee at a Mexican bank and advises financial institutions for real estate transactions.
Prior to founding VETA, Paulina was always involved in construction and development projects. In her 15 years of experience, she has been able to distinguish herself in several companies as an invaluable asset due to her unparalleled ability to solve financial, architectural and construction problems.
Paulina has a degree in Architecture from UNAM in Mexico City, a diploma in Project Management obtained in Lisbon, Portugal and several certifications in finance and project management.
Imelda Martín Becerra

Imelda Martín has developed in the real estate sector for the last 8 years; she was part of the management for a private equity firm dedicated to the development and management of real assets in Mexico and in the U.S. Also, she was part of the management of a REIT since its IPO consolidated a diversified portfolio, distributed in the commercial, industrial, office, and educational sectors, with presence throughout most of the country.
She previously serve for the Capital Markets team at Colliers, responsible for managing and executing investment sales, debt and equity, and structured finance transactions across Mexico. As their responsibilities include advice and execution on investment acquisitions and depositions, coordination and/or execution of due diligence, financing, structuring, and investment banking services in a unique and fully integrated global service offer across the full spectrum of commercial real estate transactions in Mexico. Imelda has previous experience in the financial sector in treasury positions with a global company.
Also, she has participated in the Sustainability Committee in the Mexican Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (AMEFIBRA), is a Young Member of the GRI Team, and is certified as a figure 3 AMIB (Investment Strategies Advisor). She has a bachelor’s in financial administration by the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM) and has an MBA by IPADE Business School (Instituto Panamericano de Alta Dirección de Empresa).
