Chairman and CEO Dan Madsen has developed a combination of people, platform, and pipeline focused on changing the way business is done.  He is a tireless and inspirational leader with the drive and vision to make One Eighty not only a great company to work with, but also a great company to work for.  Since 1988, his business philosophy has been simple – always put people first and positively impact the lives of employees, customers, and business associates every day.  Dan’s commitment to philanthropy has helped create a culture of giving at One Eighty and his dedication to understanding and helping shape business has led to his involvement as a member of various boards.

Judy Marczewski

ONE | EIGHTY - Chairman & CFO

Judy Marczewski joined Leisure Care as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in March of 1999 and was named partner in 2003. Her extensive experience in executive positions for renowned businesses such as KeyCorp, Key Bank of Washington, and CTS International, Inc., has contributed to her success in ensuring the financial viability of Leisure Care and its communities. Driven by the desire to enhance the lives of seniors and expand their opportunities, Judy is a mentor to the entire Leisure Care and One Eighty Development team. She leads by example, expertly balancing family, community, and work. As a member of the Emeritus Board for Treehouse, an agency committed to improving the lives of foster children, Judy serves the local community with passion and loyalty.

Bre Grubbs

LEISURE CARE - Partner & Chief Strategy Officer

Bre joined the company in 2005, and has held roles in sales, marketing, and business development. In 2017, Bre became a partner in the company and in 2023 assumed the role of Chief Strategy Officer. In this role, Bre supports overall company growth and strategic planning, advising on investment strategies, growth opportunities and company sales, marketing and business development initiatives. She collaborates with all company disciplines and external partners to achieve optimal performance on assets under management and maximize responsible growth. Bre has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Washington State University and an Accounting Certificate from the University of Washington.  She is a NIC Future Leaders Council Alumnus and Oversight Committee member, Puget Sound Business Journal 40 Under 40 recipient, and McKnight’s Rising Star honoree.  She is also the chairperson of the Granger Cobb Institute for Senior Living Steering Committee at Washington State University and proud baseball mom to her teenage son.

Madisen Medley

LEISURE CARE - Director - Investments

Madisen started her career as a market research analyst and now is the Director of New Business for Leisure Care where she leads the development and acquisition efforts of seniors housing throughout the country. Over the last eight years, Madisen has opened or acquired 4,200 units, bringing experience in market research, legal and licensure, operational underwriting, and creative business planning strategies to market rate seniors housing. Madisen has a Bachelor of Science in Long Term Care and Hospital Administration with a minor in Business from Ohio University.  She has a Master of Business Administration and a Commercial Real Estate Certificate from the University of Washington. She is a Board Member of Northaven Senior Living, a co-chair of NIC Future Leaders Council, and a member of CREW Seattle.

Ryan Rasar

LEISURE CARE - Partner & Chief Operations Officer

Ryan joined the Leisure Care team in 2000. His first role was as a Manager in Training and shortly thereafter he was promoted to General Manager.  In 2004 Ryan joined the Leisure Care home office team and has been in an operational capacity ever since. In his role as COO Ryan oversees the operations team that supports all Leisure Care-managed communities and is responsible for their overall performance. He also represents the operations team with workers compensation and has initiated key objectives to lower the number of workplace injuries. Outside of work Ryan helps spearhead volunteer efforts at the Seattle Union Gospel Mission Search and Rescue where they find and feed homeless people. Ryan graduated with a BA in business administration from Washington State University and in his free time enjoys fishing and spending time with his wife and two grown sons.
